A high pitch noise cancelled my flow of thoughts. Everybody was standing and singing. I didn’t remember standing up, so as always, I was doing things automatically. It was an unusual Mass, because it was a day, when out priest decided to give a preachment about an incident in one village. It happened about 50 years ago. This village was different from all around it in one thing- according to census, there were no Christians living in it. One summer, the heat caused some old wood to get on fire and the whole village burst into flames, because all the houses were from wood. Almost all people died, because there were no water supplies, because it didn’t rain in weeks. About two weeks after this incident, our village got caught on fire too. A lot of houses burned down, but no one was hurt. Why? Because they were hidden in the church.
The Church will protect you.
What is the moral lesson? I am not trying to find one. I no longer go to the church, nor do I believe in God. But all those hours spent sitting there on uncomfortable benches has made their marks on my psychic. So this is why I don’t see a long line of people in the sea, I see a long line of people waiting to be baptized. But I also feel the anguish and pain when I see those dead bodies being carried out.
• Were they baptized too? Yes/No
• Will they go to heaven? No
• Why are those people standing it that long line? To go to heaven.
• Are they so afraid of dying and that is why they are looking for- the feeling of God’s love to help them accept mortality? Yes/No
Our priest always told us that after we come to the paradise, we will always be having a good time. No one will ask any taxes or fees. We won’t have to fear hunger or diseases. There won’t be any hard work there. In this world- there is only a misery. There are no such things in paradise. (Prove it, Mister.) The most intense moment comes, when the woman, who is being baptized, has this special moment, when you are so happy that your face looks like a representation of the word agony. OR maybe she was not happy, because she realized something. That it was the beginning of the biggest lie in her life. I hope she enjoyed it. I didn’t.
Mark 1
4 And so John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.5 The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River. 6 John wore clothing made of camel’s hair, with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey. And this was his message: “After me comes the one more powerful than I, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.81 baptize you with[sl water, but he will baptize you with[11 the Holy Spirit.
Make sure that you tie your laces properly every time; you don t know when you 11 have to start running.
